Too Slow To Even Kill Myself - Poem by Bera Tremoz

I was supposed
to be gone
to have jumped
to have fallen
down the cliff
into the wild
crabs jellyfish sharks,
i was supposed
to become the meal
the dead drunkard
the nerd that flipped out,
it was graduation night
it was long
and i was tired,
why did he have to
grab me
pull me back
when i was already
supposed to be
on my way?
