Tough Times (1993-1994)
I feel like a calm sea
torn by society
never knowing which way to go
which way to turn
which way to flow
I feel like an apple
placed in with the oranges
so different and on my own
living my life in all the wrong places
yet not letting it go
I've seen many things, I didn't know
the pain of rejection
a hunger for success
but yet never in all my years
would I ever let it disappear
