Tounge And Sky Poem by dale garris

Tounge And Sky

LOVE songs echoe in my brain, like distant oceans of crashing waves, brilliant and insane
we live in tiny worlds of thought; glistening on the skin of existence
bits and peices of real things fragment from ideas with persistance.
swallowing small parts of the sky my human skin cannot quite digest;
beauty and madness become one almost like insest
Unable to conceive; unable to taste
feeling SOO much that it feels like nothing at all
scraping my emotions from off these aging walls; and to my knees i fall
i stare into the eyes of the sun
fading logic beyond the horizon
barefoot naked and dancing; songs of long lost magic
its beautiful and crazy; and not the least bit tragic

trueth in the mouth of trueth

BEAUTIFUL
isn't it?
