Tqm - In A Lighter Vein
Quality! I didn't know
you had so many facets.
To me you were
like the morning sun
bright and clear.
But as the day progressed,
your meaning, colour, contours -
all started hazing in the blur
of cliché and jargon.
And by the time
the seminar ended,
you had already grown
as obscure as the view
fading outside
in the falling dusk.

on Total Quality Management)
