For human's ideal life there present
Body upholding to be withhealthy content
And for the perfect psyche, need a peacefulmind
The body needs regular work and exercises behind
Which keeps muscles strong and healthy
Where the body is sturdy mind will be healthy
The mind is unlike activities, needs control in a way other
With worldly affairs, the intellect gets worried, rather
Staying calm and quiet, become agitated
May even affect body health and mind disconcerted
Human loses tranquillity, peace with inset of protest
Wanders with its flickering and unsteady nature set
It is a sort of uncontrolled vehicle, with its self-move
Aim to withdraw and bring it back under the control of the move
Whose mind fixed on Lord attains the highest happiness
With the virtue of identity with Brahman, one gets liberated and get gladness
Get passion quieted, and become freed from sin
The deeper one goes in sea stable the water exists
Similar to more intense the thought on Lord stable the mind subsists
Feel of God in all living, exclusion of you and me, good and bad
Mine or yours, the man reaches from average to saint of glad
The wise engaged in devotional service take refuge in Lord
And get free themselves from the cycle of birth and death
By renouncing fruits of action in the material world, attain level girth
Beyond all miseries, reach the abode of Lord
Thus saintly life straight and secured route to get the Lord
