A cluttered core
A suffocated existence
Frightening panic
Hyperventilating
Persistent clawing
Gnawing against walls
Invisible to the eye
Its growing presence
Ever so felt
A dreaded desperation
Aching beyond tolerance
Twisting all reason
Past recognition
Warped in a pain
Beyond comprehending
Staring before my eyes
More vivid than reality
To suppress all within
