Trick Of Light & Mirrors Poem by David Lovell

Trick Of Light & Mirrors

Spoken shadows flash with dark lightning all their own;
Have you been struck? , for I see an ominous glow.
Darkness that illuminates light with shadow,
Falsehoods consume you with deadly fire you blindly feed.
Twisted truth; so now it is lies that are real to you.
Distorted mirrors will one day shatter,
And you shall see when it is far too late.
