True Love Poem by anamika sangeetha

True Love

Life is like a volcano of emotions and
I’m standing besides it amazing
Don’t know whether to cry or laugh
As life always teaches me a lesson …a lesson to remember the whole life.
My life till marriage was great indeed, but I failed to realize its glory
As I take it all as granted without gratitude to none
My parents were with me all the time with broken hearts to
Make me away from an unfortunate marriage, but….
I was so stubborn to listen them
And the marriage was an eye opener
As now I can understand the love of my parents, siblings
The innocence of my son’s love
And my Husband’s show of love
Love is not which can be expressed with sex, looks or glamour
But it is the feeling of togetherness, tenderness, holiness
Without which life will be a big zero.
