True Love Will Always Overcome Poem by James Darwin Smith II

True Love Will Always Overcome

Ill will of fortitude’s denial
Making life a harbouring chaos
Floor with glass so obediently walked on
So what is to come next?

Silence to truths
Good words to lies
The labelled good, bad and ugly analysed
Even misanalysed
As lying becomes acceptable in this sudden notion of judgment

Too many tests for the ones who are up for the task
So many free passes for the ones who relish in trash
A huge abundance of determination
Destroyed by the evil side of love
Harming minds into a game of delusion
In the hands of abasing joy
Making love itself become ever more paranoid

But that is that
Nothing can stop this heart
Singing songs of internal salvation
Eternal to the strength of this very cause
Upon where moments shall never again be paused
As the ignorant players of love
Will be always left alone in the future, In fact

Love is something words cannot describe
But the most wonderful thing is to try
Tell hate, Pain and agony, Goodbye
As we float on the clouds for a better tomorrow

Traveling to the sun
As it shines so bright
Golden rays of such beautiful light
Warming hope like never before
No worries, No regrets anymore

Those who suffer can do so
If that is how they want life to be
Just know we lovers need to fight
Help those who need their hearts to be set free

See love’s soul as you have never seen it before
Love is real, if you treat it better than just a metaphor

Sacred times unwinding hearts
Feeling safe for once and for all

Enjoy the fall
True love will always overcome
