The doors of my heart
I kept them open for You
And extend a warm welcome
With love and affection.

Expecting Your visit to happen
I entirely eliminated all barriers
I held my breath briefly and
Prayed with total concentration.

Know not how many're waiting for You
How long they may be looking for You
If You see one after the other
Know not when my turn'll occur.

Simply enter my name in the list
Of devotees who wish to see You
I'll keep waiting for a lifetime
I consider that as true salvation.
