Truly Grown Poem by Katherine Bryce

Truly Grown

As the days come,
to their end,
I always spend time,
to make a mends.

I'll forgive,
but never forget,
all you've done,
and what I've been through.

I've tried and tried,
but forgetting won't do,
all I can say is,
I'll always see it through.

I've been hurt,
and through so much,
I've been to Hell,
and I've been back.

but all I can say is,
it was worth every second,
I learned a lot,
I've truly grown.
