Words have meaning when you put a little heart into it
when you lie the heart is empty and your words are void
Sometime ago I was convinced that you were different
you've broke your promises, you've broken my trust

There's this hole in the center of my chest
Ripped my heart out smashed onto the ground
broken into a million pieces
and i'm left here to die

If I'd open my eyes much sooner
I would have realized
That the little fantasy
Was nothing but lies

here I stand with a damaged heart
bleeding out until I fade away
I really wanted to believe you cared
I really wanted to believe in love

this pain I am feeling now
cuts me so deep
when I think of us
the tears fall from my eyes

non-stop crying
till it's no energy left in me
to cry anymore
