Know the truth within
And stay away from this world.
The truth and the world
Cannot go together.

The truth is that
You are no one
You have nothing
You are not with
Your wife sons or daughters
Brothers or sisters
You are alone all the time
And only loneliness
Is with you.

But remember
You belong to the truth.
Nothing is falsehood.
No thirst
No hunger
No desire
Can overtake you.

You yourself,the truth.
You yourself, all good.
This earth belongs to you
And you are there
In different sizes
In different colours
