Truthful Lives Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Truthful Lives

True guns versus false ones
Young guns versus old guns
Running on their fast-runs...

There being no comedy-
Without a sense or non-sense
Or a great brand of its homour.

All in a life time-
Everyone is normal guy
For a very high critical-praise.

On an agenda, truth can be hidden
Getting mobbed rocking the scenes
Featuring fails, seeing the narratives
Isolating-looks the milieu attached to.

Taking dazzled lights so lightly
The motive behind is rolling out
Another round of promising authors
Texting about truth and nothing but truth.

Today, world is swinging between
Post-truth, half-truth, under-truth,
And alternative-truth, if not the lies-
Never, never ever, truth grows as old!

The very foundation of all that is good-
Always, must survive in all circumstances
It's the time to reflect nature's basic vision
And the need to work out the balance-sheet
Of unit-diversity inherent in hearts and minds.

Displaying chapter, upholding path
A chord of honesty as its reward
Politics, ethics and faith therein
Effecting the people of all faiths
En routing to the truthful lives.
