Chop away the pain,
Wipe away the tears.
Swallow down your hiccups,
Forget all your fears.
Stand up though you
Fall over.
Reach out though
No ones there.
Scream your heart out
With no voice.
Pretend you didn’t
Hear what you heard.
Every little frustration,
Emotions that wont go away.
Remember you shouldn’t have
To go through this everyday.
Put your head in your hands,
Sit against the wall.
Lock the door,
And your strength will fall.
Weak you are when it happens,
No more vulnerable could you be.
Trying to rid the thoughts,
Get rid of insecurity.
A heart that has turned to rock,
Nothing can penetrate.
Trying to get up and walk,
Though it all is much
Too far away.
There is no more
Rational thinking.
Everything sane has left.
Struggling to keep
Going,
Trying to catch one
More breath.
