Tuesday Poem by Peter Rhodes

Tuesday

Rating: 4.3

Tonight you were no stranger
But a friend
Sharing loneliness.
Tomorrow if we meet
You will forget
our discovery.
Only the memory
Of our final gasp
will remind us:
We were not alone.
