Turn away

Do not go away
do not turn your back to me
please say something
you took me by surprise
I meant to say please stay
you turned your back to me
I'm afraid this is our way
separate from each other
maybe we will cross again
please let it be as friends
and not on the battlefield
I do look for you still
looking forward not backwards
so do not come from behind
you know I will move on
so do not return
If you think you where wrong
you will not find what you seek
I promise you I am gone
you stayed one morn
now it is on faith
that you still may come
but then it will be my turn
cause you set me up
this will be what you get in return
my back turned on you
this you have earned
