A whisper in the air,
You call, I call, right there.
Two thoughts, one beat,
A feeling oh so sweet.

Miles may keep us far,
I know you like a star.
Your joy, your little pain,
I feel it, just the same.

In slumber's gentle art,
You fill my sleeping heart.
Our dreams, they softly blend,
A message they do send.

A knowing, deep inside,
No reason to hide.
You just feel right, it's true,
My soul just knows it's you.

Like meeting an old friend,
Before the start, no end.
A glance, a knowing look,
In life's familiar book.

We feel what others feel,
Making our bonds so real.
Understanding grows so deep,
Secrets our hearts will keep.
