Two Sides Of The Same Coin Poem by Kristina Tapayan

Two Sides Of The Same Coin

It's over now, nobody knows
My life's a cruel show
They remember the mess she orchestrated
When will she go and fade?

Do you really think, that I'd let you go?
It was never your decision, I'm afraid so
You will never be free
And you'll never get away from me

All that you are is an ant under my heel
This was all never real
This is just one horrible dream
Which, I'll soon awake with a scream

This was never a dream my friend
and if it was, it'll never end!
This cycle will go on
even when we're already gone!

Soon you will pay for all of your sins
Between you and I, you know I'll win
I am the one here, with control
Finally ready, to make my life whole

Don't make me laugh it is you who needs me
When the time has come, you will then see
I will prance around, as you feel your death
Finally having your final breath!

I've had enough! I'll just kill myself
I'll be free and so will everyone else!

Will you let the blade stain with our blood?
Watch it pour down and then it'll flood?

If I die now, then you'll die too
Always bound and now forever true

I will not die
I'll stay and you'll merely pass by

Please stop and leave me be
Just set me free!

My Dear, can't you see?
You ARE me!

A sad truth nicely crafted with clarity of thought and mind. Very heartfelt with strong emotions.
