Unbroken Friends Poem by James Harris

Unbroken Friends

When I think of what we all went through
How we formed bonds that hold like glue
Friendships that have lasted to this very day
Though some of us at times have gone astray
Our common experience built a common love
A trust in each other we never fall short of
We shared as much pain as we did joy
These bonds for us time cannot destroy
So though we grow older with passing time
When I think of us we are all in our prime
Together we all make our spirits to soar
For this we thank our Home Beside The Shore

There is nothing like true friendship (s) that endure the test of time and circumstance. I very much enjoyed your poem.
