Uncertainty Poem by Leela Solomon

Uncertainty

Rating: 5.0

I never ask the wind
From where it comes,
Where it goes and
Why it passes me
Without touching
My injured mind.

Never asked the waves
Why they challenge me,
I am incapable to run away
From the so-called destiny.

I never try to separate night
From the day and the day
From the night, by dropping a
Deep blue curtain in between.

Even then, I dont know why
My empty bedroom walls
Await for me to hang
Thick black framed photos
Of my beloved persons,
Who left me behind alone,
Pushed me into uncertainty.
