Unconcious Poem by Nancy Steele

Unconcious

The knife drinks the blood from his skin as he things of the night before,
when she told him their love was too thin,
he tried not to think of the sore,
left on his heart from her words,
his wrists are bleeding in the sink,
but he keeps going further into the wound,
as his eyes start to blink,
he falls to the ground,
she walked in and found him unconcious,
she ran and dialed 911 emergency,
but when they got there it was too late,
she blamed herself completely,
when her mother went up to her room that night,
she found her daughter face down on the bed with a picture of hm,
come to find out, she committed suicide by taking too many pills.
