Uncover Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Uncover

Uncover

Had returned from beach;
Thoughts fresh with the waves
That kissed her soft skin…

In her mind greatness,
Of the vast, rich ocean.

Full of joy, felt as if
Her body hands and feet
Had rebelled, were dancing
She could not sit still.

Each step was pheasant,
Partridge, hummingbird
And her soul in heavens.

A mirror sat on wall
Was huge and full size,
Saw her own golden hair
And blue of her eyes…

"What can be relation
Between me and ocean
Or sky, sea and sun? "

Music, her heart, tongue;
Poor lyrics of her song
Honeybee's, she went on.

On shoulders had noodles
(Stripes of sunburn…)
From lines of bra
As if she was tiger!

Angry, changed her words
And the tone of her song:
"I was born naked and
Die and go naked and
In between, I am told
Get dressed because the…
No more and no further! "
