Under The Knee Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Under The Knee

Under the Knee

A friend with myself
Were two officers,
Against injustice,
With signal agreed:
"Let us in secret
Boo the lecturer,
Government's agent.

Copied his masters,
Was corrupt, shameless,
With lies made cascades.

Flying, we met
Many of injured
In need of doctor,
A mother-daughter
In Kish, driver
After accident
With a bar in chest.

Radioed, HF:
"Give us permission."

Simple was answer:
"Main boss rejected! "

"Whose are these planes?
Are not the nation's? "
We believed, they were,
Opposed the commanders.

Government, leaders
Were not for nation
The coward, corrupt
Relied on the guns.

We became the lambs
Afraid of daylight,
In some cave exiled,
When came with dagger,
We, forced, attacked them!
