Undone Poem by Zueshan Ali

Undone

Rating: 5.0

I was a young girl in love
The first time he gave me a flower.

As the first petal fell
So, did the ribbons in my hair.
The third petal withered,
And fell to the floor with my dress.
By the sixth petal, the flower
And I were naked and bare.
When the last petal fell
We both became undone.

I was a young girl in denial
The first time he scattered me like petals.

Beautiful romantic piece of poetry, well articulated and elegantly brought forth from the heart with conviction. Lovely and very passionate. Thanks for sharing Zueshan,
