Undying Love Poem by Zoe Howarth

Undying Love

Rating: 3.8

Why do I hear cries for you,
When I know you’re gone forever?
Why did you pretend to care,
When you knew we’d never be together?

Why does my heart beat faster,
When I hear your whispered voice?
Why does my mind yearn for you,
When I now haven’t got the choice?

When will I be over you,
And your sweetness, warmth and joy?
I simply can not see the end,
Of my undying love for you, boy.

Another flowing, natural expression of love and loss. Well written, Zoe. x Jan
