UNEMPLOYMENT IS LIKE TIME BOMB

Digitilization and automation areboth a blessing and curse
A blessing for those who keep pace with changes, a curse
For those who don't keep pace with change

The entire humanity is under its impact regardless of geography,
Nationality, forms of governments since technology doesnot need
passport to travel! !

The technological changes are nonstoppablefor all time to come
Because change is permanent. No aspects of human life
is immune to change. At stake are jobs and job seekers. Those who
fail to keep pace are destined to disappear into oblivion; no tears shed!

Need of the hours is to reorient our educational systems across
the globe to equip the present and future job seekers with
employable skill-sets to help them keep pace with changes.

Digitalization and automation are the modern day monsters
They will wipe out non value adding jobs likea dirts.


In the recent past few governments world over have fallen
for their failures to create enough jobs for the youths of the country
Unemployment issue is like a time bomb and waiting to explode like volcano.
