Unfathomable Poem by Ahmed Elbadri

When I look at you I draw a blank, I'm lost for words. I get filled up with emotions that are so great so powerful and so meaningful that they don't have a name. Because to name it is to classify it and to classify it means it is known to be an occurring event. But this does not occur normally, this occurs once a blue moon that shines so brightly that I mistake it for your eyes

If i would define it, it would take the greatest minds in the world, all the poets, and all the time in the universe. Just to comprehend what their trying to do.

So forgive me for my definition because it does no justice to you.

I'm mesmerized
I'm paralyzed
I'm amazed
I'm speechless

You have a laugh that sounds like a song written by Apollo, so soft and gentle only virgin ears can hear it. A laugh which makes angels cry because of its beauty and makes newborns smile. That is why I'm mesmerized

When I simply look at you I get the shivers because I would have never imagined beauty such as yours exists in the universe, That is why I'm paralyzed

Painters, sculptures, artists would give their careers to catch a glimpse of your enchanting light, journalist would die to interview and boys will give up their souls to say hi to you. That is why I'm amazed

Poem's are inspired by you, photographs are created because of you, and men turn into shy boys because of you. They say Helen had a face that launch a thousand ships, but you have a face that would bring peace and create a utopia around the world. That is why I'm speechless
