light swords penetrate its cocoon as mirage butterflies zigzag
with chaotic precision through meteor shower dust specks,
random thought coalescing into exposed roots of desperate sighs
seeking to unite a singular voice without veins of lesser leaves

finding nor searching for a visible path yet longing to immerse
with verdant depths among lost genesis code of primal ooze
to fall a dead limb then peel earth crust from nature's womb
and breathe deep herbal mud, awash in heaven's dew full blossom

a dizzy metamorphism burning away dregs of self solitude
emerging untamed, untrammeled, untouched by sapient hands
which desire to garden wildflowers and row woodland savannahs,
one tree trunk is obscured, but pure primeval stands alone, unequaled...
