Unnessary Actions - Poem by India Watson

Why must we kill to get our way?
People die in the streets everyday.
Guns, Knives, Weapons Everywhere.
I walk the unsafe streets....Im Scared.

I can’t go to the park
Without fear of not coming back
Can’t walk out after dark
Because I’m afraid of getting snatched.

Little girls get raped on the streets
Brothers killing brother in the heat
But what they fail to recognize is
Violence Is Not The Key

Stop the Madness
Because who knows who’s next
Why cant there be peace
while I’m sitting on the steps

The Hatred
The Violence
The Wars..........................Is Not Needed

But What We Do Need is EACH OTHER.

    Again wondefully written.
It is our duty to keep believing that the world is heading in a positive direction
    Every small bit can help.
A butterfly flapping its wings in India could be the cause of hurricane above the Atlantic.
So, every single one of your positive messages, like your poetry, or any good deed of ours, any random act of kindness has the potential to set of chain reaction, snowballing in an avalanche of goodness.

Many thanks for your wonderful thoughts in your poems. Keep writing. you are very good. Keep your strong morals. I think you are headed for big big success.
