Unrequited Love Poem by Thomas Henry Reynolds

Unrequited Love

Rating: 5.0

Still I lie awake at night whilst all around me sleep.

When others rest in tranquil dream, I lonely lie and weep,

and weep to ease the pain of loosing thee,

nor could the tears of all this world wash out this ache in me.

Or end this unrequited love, that binds me still to thee,

My love, that binds me still to thee.
