I'm sorry that I couldnt send
You flowers on that day
The day you went to hospital
the day you went away
I know you know I tried my best
With everything I did
I hope you understood I cared
The actions were not hid

I searched the net for flowers
Found an online site
The prices threw me back a bit
They didnt sound so right
I really wanted oh so much
To brighten up your day
With roses oh so sweet and red
For you so far away
