Unspoken Poem by Aya Poetess

Unspoken

Rating: 4.0

A blinding cloudburst
She used to yearn
To quench her savage thirst
For the petrichor

Now she longs for
A torrential downpour
To conceal salty rolling beads
Of unspoken thorny throbs
Cascading down her sallow cheeks
Rain,
Rain,
Rain
A haven in you she seeks
