I have been in the darkest dark
That's where I found the brightest light.
Burn, Fire, Burn
The almighty fire I know
From the flesh of Gods you rose
Under nine nights of incandescence
Every word pulsates a racing heartbeat
Every syllable bleeds a bead of heat
Every verse casts a wild caress
Isang bagay gusto kong ipaalam sa ‘yo
Batid mo kung paano ito:
Kung aking pagmamasdan,
Please forgive me, I'm forgetful.
I forgot what we talked about last night
I forgot to close the fridge.
I forgot to water our daffodils.
Summer's last kiss wilted the flowers on her wrist
Fall's rustle quelled the luminous flame inside her
Winter's frostbites blistered her blithe lips
because of love,
I've lost my senses.
You were like an songbird
WHO ARE YOU WHILE I'M LOVING YOU?
Who were you before I loved you?
Who are you now while I'm loving you?
I shut my eyes to feel
I shut my heart in order to see
And my heart murmurs,
untainted love unfolding
In deep nirvana descending
In your chaste heart

Beneath And Between
Solace and solitude
are what I find
in words I write
beneath and between
