Unsure
Locked away inside my mind
Is a tiny little room,
Where I retreat when I am insecure
It’s where I take my pain and gloom
Though strange, I know this is true
The room it gives to me
What no one can give
My own security
For locked away I may have been
But you were locked out to!
Nobody could hurt me in my room
For no one could get through.
I’ve found the key that fits the door,
Now I am once more free.
But just over my shoulder if I turn around,
This little room it waits for me.
