Until Then Poem by broken soul.. No more

It just came in an instant
A feeling I never anticipate
Came rushing towards me
And crash across my longing heart

It just happened in a split moment
Something that’s beyond my grasp
You really spotted the right target
Healing my tame yet wounded heart

It is wrong to feel like this
To think of you the way I never think of anybody else
All my nights seems to be so long
Because I am waiting for you all along

I know its impossible but I’m hoping
That somehow you knew my deepest feeling
Hiding beyond my rehearsed laughters
Yet I was bursting with heartaches and tears

Before I met you life was so easy
Doing my everyday things was never hard for me
But look at what you’ve done to me
I’m miserable and lonely and I know it’s not me

Why do I have to meet you?
When all you do is hurt me so
Why do I feel this way for you?
Am I really falling for you?

May God forgive me for wasting my life
For thinking of you before myself first
But I want to tell you: “thank you for everything”
For all the joys and happiness you bring

I’ll never think of you again
Never in this lifetime, my once beloved friend
You’ve already caused me a lot of pain
So see you again..
