Untitled Poem by jl collar

Untitled

We treat nature as 'other'
As if the wild doesn't live in our heart

I do it too. I feel solitary. seperate, unique
(discrete)

Like the millions of individuals in a city
Solitarily wandering through this life,
these streets

the streets
A universe inside each?

The millions that make up a city
In their mind
