Unwittingly I'd Fallen (Double Bussokusekika) Poem by Edwin Tanguma

Unwittingly I'd Fallen (Double Bussokusekika)

Unwittingly I'd Fallen (Double Bussokusekika)

Love is a prison
And we are all prisoners
Entraped in its walls
I thought I'd escaped it once
Though I became entangled
In its seductive barbed wire

I had swam her moat
And scaled her defensive walls
I captured her heart
So I was lead to believe
Unwittingly I'd fallen
On her electried fence

P.s.We are all prisoners of love...

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Poetry is truly a cruel mistress...LOL...Maybe one day I will be able to escape her walls...If not...I'll just have to tear them down... hehehe
