Upper West Side Manhattan The Atlas Girl Leans On Me - Poem by Nicolas GRENIER

In the forest of skycrapers
Your bright white dress

A broken wing
A blackberry juice
The archangel Gabriel

Under a cherry blossom tree
You lie down on the grass

On the Euphrates river
A gazelle

In a laurel wreath
Your sleeping sister's face
Your eyes like a drop of water in the cloudy sky

Tomorrow at daybreak

(Music of Takuya Minakawa)
