Valient Bull Regalia

VALIANT BULL REGALIA
Always our people are fond of playing valiant ox-taming
A sport followed from sangam era for bride grooming;
Young Tamers queue up with poise, precision and poignant
With vigour, valour and value in arranged uniform segments;
Once the gates of Vadivasal thrown splashing open
Bullock s chefs up and down in fragmented frown! !
The horns are sharp shining and frightening flares;
Tied with hefty gifts amounting million lucrative glares!
How handsome straight and square the Bulls in position?
With mottled colours the oxen are really in trepidation …
The marvel of vadivasal likely to get colourfully lighted,
When politics, poems, pundits and all got virtually deleted..;
When the wonderful sport spins and spins round our soil…
The sun, the moon, clouds and even stars are on the boil! ! !
Bulls are now ready to throw the inhibitions and tamers away,
We all celebrate our ancient tradition in our customary way…..
