Vanishing Act Poem by L MILTON HANKINS

Vanishing Act

Of all-natural things that come and go
None vanish more quickly than ice and snow
No more dripping at the front porch eave
Winter's snowmen quickly take their leave

Since no two snowflakes are ever the same
They disappear forever, and who is to blame?

Spring's shining sun rises bright and warm
Honey bees embark on adventurous swarm
They never experienced the winter's snow
They never wondered where does it go?

Since no two snowflakes are ever the same
They disappear forever, and who is to blame?
