Velvet Ribbon Poem by Lento Maez

Velvet Ribbon

Rating: 5.0

A velvet ribbon caressed her hair
In ringlets smooth her face so rare

Her graceful walk bedazzled me
She moved without earth's gravity

Her sensuous smile held my heart
It skipped a beat and wouldn't start

Her finger caressed my cheek
My knees were shaky I felt weak

A word from her was so sensuous
It only had meaning to the two of us

What can I say of one so rare
And to think I met her on a dare
