Venus And The Crescent Moon Poem by Lewis Findley

Venus And The Crescent Moon

As Venus and The Crescent Moon are One
And This Behold at Setting of The Sun....
Oer earth that grand old landscape these 2 gaze.
And Grand Romantic Games These Lovers Play.
The Sun, O He has surely gone to bed...
And soon will will lay down our Sleeping heads.
O that globe upon which those mortals play.
There is a grand illusion, come what may.
O yea behold the setting of the sun.
As Venus and the Crescent Moon are one

The City Streets are vacant now...
Not else I hear now that you've gone.
I walk the streets at night and pray
God brings you back to me someday
and to my world...
