Despite stress and strain
Planted in your path to promote discovery
Of your perennial potential to restrain

Discouragement, disillusion and discomfiture
From sapping your vision and trapping derision
Into breaking into a rapture and a fracture
That promotes indecision

When the crunch comes along
And your reserves serve
A meal to boost your will to grow strong
