A country so magnificent.
People so kind and full of happiness.
Nature so captivating.
Air so fresh, wind is whispering to your ear.
But behind those positive sides,
Negative will always be there.
A gloominess country.
Full of criminals fleeing like a bat.
Corruption is always present,
Drug Dealers and Drug Pushers are not absent.
A country so mysterious,
That some people don't know.
My only vision for this country;
No criminals
End the corruption and
No drug dealers and drug pushers
To have a successful and peaceful country like an eagle soaring high.
This is very similar, if not identical, to another poem with the same title that I just read a few minutes ago by another poet! Are you writing with two different accounts, or did one of you copy from the other? The other person, like you, has also just posted one poem. If it's just a coincidence, I apologize. Welcome to Poem Hunter!
Well actually, that writer is my classmate. It just a coincidence because our English teacher told us to wrote a poem about our country; the PHILIPPINES to be specific.. and then I didn't copy her poem or she didn't copy my poem also. And that's it.
I'd wish your vision become true, Crizza.. unfortunately madness is so spread all around us.. everywhere..: ( But.. keep on writing/posting! Cheers

I just found the other person's poem and it's not identical. I think you posted yours first, so this person may have used your poem for 'inspiration'. Vision - Poem by Lynn Frances Cabactulan Beautiful view of the country side, In Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, Rise or beneath, A scene full of vitality. Acute and widespread corruption in its government, Among the forms of corruption, Conducted the graft, bribery, embezzlement of money, The back door deals, nepotism and patronage. I believe that human dignity and well-being are best served of economic freedom. The power of choice is ensured, Opportunity is multiplied, Efficiency is a virtue. We live in a new century, And a new world order. Live a life that's full of fun, like a grass swaying freely, and like a wind that's moving lively. Lynn Frances Cabactulan
