Vivian Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Vivian

Vivian

What a night was last night,
On the road, there I was,
Working with a colleague,
We waited and waited,
Till the concert ended…

Out they came,
Picture them!

Mostly young,
Some mid-age,
More drunks,
Less sober…

Great was the movie,
Of midnight's streets
Like silver screens...

She, from Saturna,
Was drunk, but semi,
Simple, nice, her smile,
Inviting and wanting,
Like Sirens, Atlantic's,
Exciting, deceiving…

I had to, like riders,
Gallop but pull the rein,
Of my lips going wild! ! !

Exchanged hugs,
In her arms,
Her whispers,
And her eyes,
Kissing air,
Pleaded, invited.

It was work,
On the road,
I could not…

Now, want her!
