Wading, Wadding! Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Wading, Wadding!

Waves! !
Wisdom!
Witness;
Zephyr! ! !
Whistle of the wind.

Wading, wadding!
Wages,
Weevil,
Woods! !
Wants and needs;

Wedge, hedge, sledge, ledge, pledge!
Wagon;
A gentle breeze blowing along,
With the muse of your voyage.

Old age,
Old enough,
Walking stick!
Able to walk along;
Weighing the muse of your life.

Like a wet nurse! !
Or, waif;
Wagtail! ! ! !
The songbird sings along!
All about the wisdom of life.
