Waiting Poem by Erick Music

Waiting

As I sit alone in this bench I call my life, I pray that company visits my misery, to resolve this solitude is to dissolve its amplitude by an enormous degree of intensity.

No knocks on the door, no phone calls anymore, just loneliness and silence visits me now, as I wonder how this turn of events have plagued me, I have to search deep into my life of senseless reality.

The pains I have caused, the friends and loved ones I have tossed, out of my life they went, meaningless wasted time has been spent.

Temptation keeps baiting for me to do myself in, but as I think of how this life I will end, I cannot contend, so for now I shall sit waiting.
