Waiting - Poem by samuel nze

Sitting with palm under chin
And looking at the world
As it rotates on its orbit
Waiting

For that something
For a relief from pain
Longing for eternity
And
Hoping

Hoping for truth
Realization preceding knowledge
Just hoping
For the substance

Of the long long wait
It will come when it will
It will come and
Hopefully not delay.
