Waiting For Aeons Poem by tess fielders

Waiting For Aeons

WAITING FOR AEONS

tears on window-pane
unrelenting mocking
face dry beyond
expressing

familiar pain
loss grief
frozen immobile
regressing

rain mocks
yet weeps for those
who’ve lost the thread
repressing

oceans of sadness
unable to find
the key to life
addressing

waiting for aeons
a womb’s reprieve
picture of evil
confessing
